In 2008 Albany Beck established a temporary and contract division to complement the work of our permanent consultants. This has subsequently spilt into two teams who one covering interim project / change roles, the other core finance.
The Temporary / Contract Core Finance Team
The team has over 17 years recruitment experience and is supported by excellent research and administration / payroll services to ensure that all related administration is handled as efficiently as possible.
This team mirrors the core areas covered by the permanent teams; focusing primarily on Financial Control, Management Reporting, Product Control, IPV and Risk.
We are a major supplier to a number of leading financial institutions ranging from the Top Tier houses to smaller Hedge funds and Asset Management houses. As a result we are always recruiting a large number contract opportunities offering challenging and varied assignments.
Our approach is candidate centric; we understand that individuals contract for a number of different reasons, (for some it may be a stop-gap, for others a career choice), understanding these reasons and ensuring they are considered when discussing opportunities is imperative. We also believe that our responsibilities do not finish when a candidate is placed, we maintain regular contact with our contractors on a business and social level to ensure that any issues are resolved swiftly.
