Description

Through conversation, peer-to-peer coaching, presentations, and exercises, the purpose of the Inclusive Leadership Workshop is to increase self-awareness, foster a culture of open dialogue, and create equitable, inclusive spaces & more positive interactions in the workplace.

What you can expect

Morning

  • Cultural Awareness Exercise: 'I am, but I am not' (Exploring identity & Stereotypes)
  • DE&I Impact: Candid conversation & opportunity to explore the rise of DE&I in the corporate sector
  • Presentation: Insight, Stats & Legislation 
  • The Bias Callout: An opportunity to explore perceived bias and inappropriate language in a safe space

13.00 to 14.00 Lunch & Networking (Lunch will be provided) 

Afternoon

  • Discussion: How we express our cultural identity
  • Presentation: Authentic & Inclusive coaching conversations
  • Exercise & Reflection: Triad coaching, exploring perspectives on social mobility & intersectionality
  • Exercise & Reflection: From onboarding to exit interview - utilising high-value conversations
  • Impact & Evaluation Survey

Nathalie Hughes

Nathalie Hughes is an experienced mentor and coach, specialising in personal and systemic transformation through compassionate enquiry, workshop facilitation, education and thought leadership strategy.  

Currently leading project delivery and transformational coaching programmes at corporate and grassroots organisations, Nathalie also serves on the board of Fully Focused Productions, the UK's leading, youth-driven production company and sits on the judging panel of the Young Arrows, an awarding body dedicated to recognising and rewarding emerging creative talent. 

With over 15 years of experience in coaching, management and mentoring across technology and media, Nathalie has dedicated her career to supporting young professionals and the organisations that nurture their talent, in the STEM and creative industries.
