Job Description

My top tier bank is seeking a part-time principal change analyst. You’ll be joining Finance Change (FC) which is the partner of choice for Finance Senior Management in developing, detailing and executing the Finance Change agenda. As a global team of change professionals FC plays a key role in implementing finance strategy across divisions and regions reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leading and managing small stand-alone independent projects or work streams under larger projects wider programmes from the Finance Change portfolio Book of Work.
  • Being responsible for resource and budget management, external and internal stakeholder management, co-ordination, organisation and design of an effective appropriate communication within or outside the project forums / workshops as well as overall delivery responsibility for in-quality delivery within agreed timeframes (time, cost and quality)
  • Leading and managing complex analyses, development of different solution scenarios as well as quantifying the cost versus benefit impact with the objective to elaborate suitable concepts for the bank
  • Assuming responsibility and playing an active, decisive role in further developing the division as well as developing best practices and methods
  • Leading and managing solution proposals by carrying out robust analysis on current versus future state roadmap and solution scenarios, whilst outlining and quantifying the cost versus benefit impact

Key Requirements:

  • Experienced across multiple disciplines of change e.g. business analysis, process improvement and design, change or / transformation projects, structured problem solving, test management and the ability to articulate inter-dependencies between key elements
  • Advanced knowledge and first-hand experience in project management with the ability to provide support and guidance on the related processes and techniques to all the project stakeholders
  • Experienced in risk management including the ability to effectively identify and assess risks and develop, implement and monitor sustainable mitigating actions
