Every October, we celebrate Black History Month, recognizing the significant achievements and contributions of black individuals throughout history. It's equally important to use this time to address the ongoing struggles within the black community and work collectively towards their resolution.
This year, in honour of Black History Month, we hosted an insightful panel discussion to delve into the essence of being an ally and identify the systemic barriers within professional environments.
Our esteemed panel consisted of profound voices in the field, assembled by our committed Head of Diversity, Tasneem Aliewi. Each panellist brought unique experiences, perspectives, and insights to the conversation, enriching our understanding and expanding our horizons on these critical issues.
