Our AML & KYC training academy provides a 3-week programme covering a mix of technical and practical exercises and industry best practices for the full lifecycle of the AML process.

The KYC Academy ensures all our consultants have the required skills to conduct KYC reviews to the regulatory standard, as well as meeting internal Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.

With learning modules covering the key components of the Client KYC Lifecycle, our course ensures students are business-ready. Subjects covered include time management, relationship building and stakeholder management.

Practical training 

Good training is vital, but nothing beats on-the-job experience. Practical application is critical to the success of our Pioneers and you’ll work through multiple case file scenarios to ensure you can hit the ground running. 

Continuous support

We provide ongoing coaching and development for you throughout client assignments, monitoring your performance while working with our clients to ensure high output and delivery. 

From 2021, 97% of our Pioneers have been employed full-time by our clients after 18 months.
