James Constable
CEO
James is the founder and CEO of Albany Beck. Having worked within the financial services sector for ten years, James decided to establish Albany Beck as an alternative to the existing consultancy offerings across the market. Centred on his innovative target operating model, the firm, as it exists today, was designed to aid financial institutions in bridging their talent gaps and retaining their Intellectual Property while providing equal opportunities for everyone entering the workforce.
Adam Kelly
Managing Partner
Adam has spent most of his career working with large global financial services organisations in multiple jurisdictions and areas, giving him a strong understanding of the makeup of these firms. In his time at Albany Beck, he has spearheaded the development of the Irish business and is responsible for ensuring the highest level of delivery for our clients in the Irish Market and other European locations. Adam and his team have delivered some of Albany Beck’s largest programmes of work to date and have helped clients build and structure highly functioning teams.
Phillip Wood
Managing Partner
Phil is our longest serving Managing Partner and has worked in professional services for over 20 years. Phillip’s primary responsibility is ensuring our UK and US business continues to grow and is consistently working with our clients to come up with innovative solutions to their problems. Over the years, Phil has built our divisions in Change, Data, Technology and Agile Coaching. He was also the driving force behind our Academies.
Celia Johnson
Partner
Celia is responsible for New Business Development across the UK and Ireland. Since Brexit, she has worked closely with Adam Kelly to grow Albany Beck’s Irish Operation, while successfully opening up numerous client relationships back in the UK. Celia is passionate about building trusting and long-term relationships with her clients by working hard to exceed all their expectations.
Will Kettlewell
Chief of Staff
Will is a Managing Partner and Chief of Staff at Albany with over 20 years’ experience in the world of investment banking. He is responsible for all of our consultants on site, in terms of their well-being and performance. Having qualified as a chartered account with KPMG, Will also provides oversight and input across the finance, credit control, compliance, and contracts functions, supporting our sales teams.

Jade Bennett
Engagement Manager
Jade joined Albany Beck a year and a half ago as an Engagement Manager and acts as an extra layer of support and first point of contact for her consultants. The role of an EM ensures that all consultants are engaged and supported throughout their professional development at AB. The EM’s meet regularly with consultants and client line manager to building strong and positive rapports and offer guidance where required.
Tyron Burke
Talent Acquisition Manager
Tyron is a Consultant in the Talent Acquisition team. He works primarily with Hannah and is naturally drawn to the technology market with a long-held passion in this area. Tyron’s specific expertise is in Development, and his interest covers everything from Frontend (React, Angular) to Backend (Java) engineering, which he has been concentrating on for the past three years.
Jordan Eaton
Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Jordan sits within the Talent Acquisition Team and is based across both our Dublin and London offices. A well-established member of the team, he has worked on an array of projects for clients across the UK and Ireland. Liaising with Adam Kelly and Celia Johnson, he has been assisting in the delivery and execution of assignments within compliance and operations in Ireland.
Michael Hanson
Corporate Accounts Director
Michael leads our Practitioner Programme. His focus is partnering with our clients to support their strategic delivery teams and undertaking programmes of work at a senior level, predominantly across Change and Technology. He is continuously looking to partner with new and existing clients to ensure rapid project execution is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard possible.

Engagement Manager
Aoife Healy is the Engagement Manager Lead at Albany Beck, working across Ireland & the UK to drive consultant engagement & motivation. Aoife meets with our consultants regularly & prides herself on building incredibly strong relationships, ensuring that there’s not only a seamless transition in the early days but, also to help foster a blossoming relationship with the client. Aoife leads a team of 4 Engagement Managers and together they support our clients & coach consultants, with a strong focus on your professional & personal development.
Anna Little
Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Anna works in our Talent Acquisition team and leads the recruitment for our Pioneer Tech Academy, bringing entry-level candidates to help kick-start their careers in Technology, following a period of training. Anna’s role also focuses on building and maintaining key relationships with universities and coding academies, to ensure that Albany Beck are continuously accessing the best talent in the market.

Associate Partner
With eight years’ experience in the field, Hannah is Head of our Global Talent Acquisition. She now works closely with her team to provide consultants in the areas of Technology, Change, Operations, and Compliance. Her range of expertise covers both hiring at Practitioner and Pioneer levels, at home and abroad, and she is also heavily involved with our Pioneer Academy Programmes.
Emer McPartland
Partner
Emer has 20+ years of experience across multinational financial institutions and she understands the importance of people to the success of your team and your ability to deliver against AML/KYC regulatory requirements. She educates not just on the industry standards and best practise in theory but instils the necessary ability to practically collate and present a high standard of KYC file. From the identification of the pioneers to their successful completion of the programme Emer is part of every step of the journey.

Liam provides always-on support to our UK consultants engaged in client assignments. He’s responsible for establishing strong and positive relationships with them from their first day at Albany Beck to the end of their programme. As well as remaining well connected with each individual, it’s important for Liam to support their ongoing career and personal development with a focus on training and coaching.

Talent Acquisition Consultant
Ben joined Albany Beck as a graduate and is making huge strides as a Delivery Consultant, dealing principally with the technology market. Involved with both the Pioneer and Practitioner Programmes, his work varies from introducing new starters to the financial industry to working with practitioners on the next stage in their already well-established careers.
Ashley Waterman
Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Ash has over seven years’ experience in Technology Talent Acquisition. His main responsibility is our Technology Practitioner area and he has been able to help grow this important part of the business with some of our largest UK clients. Ash has also become involved with our Technology Pioneer Programme from its earliest stages and has helped it go from strength to strength.
Conor Timoney
Account Manager
Conor joined Albany Beck initially back in 2019 as a consultant with an investment bank in Dublin, having been on a graduate programme in AIB prior. He is now back with Albany Beck through a different lens, as an Account Manager for the Irish Market. He supports the Irish team with business development of new and existing accounts across Ireland.
Niamh Fox
Engagement Manager
Niamh is an Engagement Manager who has recently joined Albany Beck's Dublin office. She brings with her nearly two years of experience as a consultant, where she primarily worked as an AML Analyst for Crosscard and Goodbody Stockbrokers. Before joining Albany Beck, Niamh pursued her studies in Business at Maynooth University and also lived in Australia for two years.
