Why did you join the Pioneer Programme?

This programme provides a good level of support and training to bridge the transition from grad school to the workplace. It also offered the opportunity to study for further professional qualifications alongside working. It, therefore, enables motivated individuals to kickstart their careers and that is what brought me here.

What was your biggest takeaway from the experience?  

My biggest takeaway from this programme is that not only did it help me to gain a better sense of my career path but also provided me with multiple advantageous opportunities of receiving mentorship and acquiring critical skills.

How has Albany Beck helped you in your career?  

Albany Beck provided me with a fantastic opportunity to lead a critical time-sensitive project in a large corporate Bank. As a result, I’m now working full-time for that corporation in a Vice President role. All thanks to Albany Beck.
