Join us for an evening to celebrate women and further understand how to support their advancement in the workplace, this event is aimed at all genders.

5 pm to 5.45 pm Discussion with Albany Beck Consultants about what challenges they face in the workplace and how can men support them.
5.45 pm to 6.30 pm Senior women in business discuss the representation of women from all backgrounds and what policies need to change to enable representation.
6.30 pm to 6.45 pm Albany Beck's CEO James Constable, Managing Partner Phil Wood and Partner Tasneem Aliewi discuss our commitment to gender equality.

Shephali has 30+ years of industry experience across technology and financial service companies, working at RBS, ABN AMRO, Investec and Deutsche Bank.
Shephali mentors young STEM graduates and supports women returning to work after maternity leave, and helps them create personal development plans to own and drive their success.
Shephali’s passion is hiking and using the outdoors to unite teams and support mental health. Her husband, a keen mountaineer, and she co-ran 2 successful charity weekends to raise much-needed funds.
Bea is one of our key sponsors within LSEG, and although our relationship with London Stock Exchange only started in 2022, we now have 25 people onsite.

Elisabeth is an Accountant, has worked in Investment Banking for 20+ years and now works in Data Governance, focussed on Privacy, Data Sovereignty and Classification of Data at scale.
Elisabeth is also passionate about DE&I, is co-chair for the EMEA PRIDE resource group at JPMorgan Chase, which serves our LGBTQ+ community and Allies. Elisabeth lives in London with her wife, two (grown up!) children and three tabby cats.
Nathalie Hughes is an experienced mentor and coach, specialising in personal and systemic transformation through compassionate enquiry, workshop facilitation, education and thought leadership strategy.
Nosente Goll is one of our Pioneer consultants who is on-site at the London Stock Exchange and is very engaged on the topic of intersexual diversity.
Mirah recently graduated from our pioneer programme and is currently on-site at Ishango as a data analyst as well as technology she is also passionate about basketball and TikTok.
Noor started out on the Albany Beck pioneer programme and was then deployed to Deutsche Bank as a software engineer and recently moved into a UI role to pursue her design passions.
